Completed SOC 2® Type I

Flockler has completed SOC 2® Type I, which confirms our controls are suitably designed at a point in time. This covers the Security Trust Service Category, as defined by the AICPA Trust Services Criteria. Beyond compliance scope, our platform is built with availability, confidentiality, and data privacy as core principles.

We are currently in the observation period for SOC 2 Type II compliance, which verifies that these controls operate effectively over time.

GDPR Compliance

Flockler is fully GDPR compliant. We handle personal data responsibly and transparently across all social content we process on your behalf.

  • Personal data is processed only as necessary to deliver the service
  • We maintain a list of subprocessors and notify customers of any changes
