Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Incorporated, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). The aforementioned service collects and stores data on our website for the purposes of creating usage profiles that are pseudonymized. These usage profiles are used to analyse visitor behaviour and are evaluated to improve and tailor the offer. Information for this purpose is obtained by our advertising partner, Google, which is also the provider of the cookies in question, including information about the time, location and frequency of visits to our website and the abbreviated IP address of the visitor. The following information is automatically sent to Google in the United States, whereby Google also stores it in accordance with its privacy policy, which can be accessed here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads?hl=en-US
In this case, the IP address of visitors from within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area is already being shortened by Google and thus being anonymised. Google may transfer this information to third parties if required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. However, Google does not claim to associate the IP address with any other data obtained by Google. The installation of the relevant cookies can be disabled by selecting the option to disagree with the installation of this type of cookie, when you are asked to offer your consent to analytical and other optional cookies. In this case, the site may not be fully functional for your use. The pseudonymised user profiles will not be merged with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym without his explicit consent. You have the right and the option to opt-out of data collection and data storage for the purpose of web analytics at any time with future effect by installing the browser add-on to disable Google Analytics: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/181881?hl=en.
For more information about the terms of use and privacy relating to the services of Google Analytics, please visit http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/ or https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/.
HubSpot
HubSpot is a marketing, sales and customer relationship management platform provided by HubSpot, Inc., 2 Canal Park, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA. We use HubSpot for website analytics, for the operation of our contact and sign-up forms and for managing our communication with visitors who contact us. The HubSpot cookies listed above record how and when a visitor uses our website (pages viewed, sessions, referral source) and, in the case of the hubspotutk cookie, associate that browsing history with the contact record created when a visitor submits one of our forms. HubSpot acts as our processor with respect to this data. Further information is available in HubSpot's privacy policy at https://legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy.
Cloudflare
Cloudflare is a content delivery and security service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare sits in front of a number of the services embedded in our website (including HubSpot, Apollo, G2 and the Monotype web-font service). The __cf_bm cookie is set by Cloudflare in order to distinguish requests made by human visitors from requests made by automated systems (bots), and thereby to protect those services against abuse and to keep the traffic statistics reliable. This cookie is strictly necessary for the secure delivery of the services embedded in our website and is therefore installed without your consent. Further information is available at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.
Apollo and G2
Our website embeds elements provided by Apollo.io (Apollo.io, Inc., 535 Mission St., San Francisco, CA 94105, USA) and by G2 (G2.com, Inc., 100 S. Wacker Dr., Chicago, IL 60606, USA), which are used respectively for our sales operations and for displaying reviews of our services. When these elements load, the Cloudflare bot-management cookie described above is set under the apollo.io and g2.com domains. Further information is available in the privacy policies of the respective providers.
RB2B
RB2B is a website visitor identification service provided by RB2B, Inc. The RB2B script sets the first-party cookies listed in section 3.2.3 above under the domain of our website in order to recognise returning visitors, to maintain session continuity, to store attribution data (the referring URL) and to support person-level identity resolution, i.e. the matching of a browsing session against RB2B's data set in order to identify the business visitor behind it. The RB2B cookies do not themselves store names, e-mail addresses or telephone numbers, and RB2B states that they are not used for advertising or behavioural profiling and that the data is not shared with advertising networks or data brokers. Because these cookies nevertheless serve the purpose of identifying an individual visitor rather than the mere delivery of the website, they are not strictly necessary within the meaning of Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, and they are installed only after you have given your consent to marketing cookies. If you do not consent, the RB2B script is not executed and no RB2B cookies are set. Further information is available at https://www.rb2b.com/privacy-policy.
