Feeds are nothing but a configuration you’re creating by selecting a particular source and a type of content - this could be a hashtag or @mention or posts made by a business profile. You can also add additional filters on top of a feed.
Yes you can, you can configure content from the same source to appear on multiple feeds. In case you want to display general content from a brand page, you can do that in one feed while showcasing just campaign content on a different hashtag feed.
